Refund Policy

Every NOOON install comes with a 7-day free trial, so you can check it works with your provider and your TV before paying.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy with your NOOON license, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email help@nooon.pro with the email address you used at checkout or your order number. You can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated and NOOON returns to its locked state on the TVs where it was used.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if NOOON stops working on your device because of a problem on our side. Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected.
