Terms of Use

These terms cover the NOOON app and NOOON licenses. By installing or using NOOON you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean NOOON.

What NOOON is

NOOON is media player software for Fire TV and Android TV. It connects to a service you get from your own provider using that provider's Xtream Codes compatible login. NOOON does not include, sell, or provide any channels, movies, shows, or subscriptions. We have no relationship with your provider and are not responsible for its service or content.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to watch everything you play with NOOON. Do not use NOOON to access content you are not authorised to view, or in any way that breaks the law where you live.

Free trial

NOOON is free to use for 7 days from when you first open it. After that, a license is needed to keep using it.

Licenses

• A NOOON license is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Each license works on up to 3 TVs at once. If you replace a TV, email us and we will move the license.
• A license is for personal use. Please don't share or publish your license key.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer NOOON, including every update we release.

Purchases

Licenses are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, taxes, and receipts. Their terms of sale apply to the purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars, and taxes are calculated at checkout. See our refund policy for refunds.

Updates

We may update NOOON to fix problems, add features, or change how it works. The app can download and install updates for you. We can't guarantee NOOON will work with every provider or device.

Things you may not do

• Bypass, disable, or tamper with the trial or license checks
• Copy, resell, or redistribute NOOON or license keys
• Reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it

Ending a license

We may deactivate a license that was refunded, charged back, bought fraudulently, or used in breach of these terms. You can stop using NOOON at any time by uninstalling it.

Disclaimer

NOOON is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for your provider's service or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above. Continuing to use NOOON means you accept the new terms.
